DrGari ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted vehicle diagnostics platform for repair shops and vehicle owners, delivered through the DrGari web app and the DrGari Android app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights — including how to delete your account and data.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, phone number, business/shop name and role.
Vehicle & service data — vehicle registration, VIN, make/model/year, odometer, OBD-II trouble codes and live sensor readings your technician reads over Bluetooth, AI diagnoses, service jobs, invoices and spare-parts inventory.
Customer records you enter — the names and contact details of your own customers/vehicle owners.
Bluetooth — used solely to connect to your OBD-II adapter and read the vehicle. We do not collect your location; the Bluetooth permission is not used for location.
Technical data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide diagnostics: trouble codes and vehicle context are analysed to produce a diagnosis, likely causes, repair steps and cost estimate.
To run your workshop features: service jobs, proforma & tax invoices, and inventory.
To maintain, secure and improve the service.

AI processing & sharing

Diagnoses are generated using Google's Gemini API. The vehicle data needed for a diagnosis (e.g. trouble codes, make/model, sensor values) is sent to Google for processing. We do not sell your personal data. Each shop's data is isolated at the database level and is not shared with other shops.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account (see below), your account and associated shop data are permanently removed, other than records we must retain for legal or accounting obligations.

Deleting your account & data

You can request deletion at any time at drgari.ajirika.com/account/delete. Signed-in users can delete their account and data immediately from that page; anyone else can submit a request by email and we will delete the account and its data within 30 days.

Security

Access is protected by authentication and row-level tenant isolation, and traffic is served over HTTPS.

Children

DrGari is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
